As the premier global event for the development of offshore resources, the Offshore Technology Conference is a massive event that can feel highly impersonal. Industry powerhouse, NOV took a different approach, turning up the experience, with clear intention, focus, and emphasis on connection. Larger than life, NOV’s 50’ x 80’ exhibit environment was visually exciting and compelling with sharp, intentional angles and sloping walls serving as a warm invitation for clients and industry associates to step inside, visit, and stay awhile.

Gold Award – JARS @ Housewares Show 2019
International Home and Housewares is a closed show. It is a place for personal introductions, product viewing, and buyers spending time getting to know brands. And more often than not, the exhibitors are long-standing, highly recognizable brand names and products. Such was not the case for JARS, a French company that hand makes every piece of its highly sought after glazed stoneware. The challenge was to not only capture attention but to create a compelling, enclosed space that would feel like a cozy, comfortable room. (As an added challenge, the design aims high, to accommodate the height requirements of key individuals working the booth. The taller of the two stands at 6’ 4” with his colleague a mere 1/2” shorter.)

Crisp, bold graphic messaging coupled with a fresh, functional, and memorable design, are the keys to unlock an exceptional, attention-grabbing, engaging Waste Expo experience for Waste Management. Environmental performance, as seen through four key brand capabilities, are strategically featured in the environment. With each graphic image carrying its specific unique look and feel to distinguish it visually and to create a distinct experience for visitors. The challenge was to provide bold, declarative messaging with variety while allowing each one to fully showcase its benefit. Modern. Clean. Corporate. Polished.

Engaging and interactive, the exhibit experience gives attendees (as either The Traveler OR as The Manager) the chance to step into true-to-life scenarios, in specific countries – including a terrorist attack in the Brussels Airport, a natural disaster – Hurricane Maria – in Puerto Rico, a mugging in Mexico City and a terrorist incident at the Berlin Christmas Market. The experiences are REAL. Real situations. Real global corporate travelers and their families. The real action, through International SOS and the International SOS Assistant App. And real results. What would you do? How would you be cared for by your company and by International SOS? Medical care. Security. Also very real. And all fair questions and concerns for this global audience.

An inspiring design from the start, this exhibit environment is light-hearted and fun with plenty of room to include products and expand the imagination! A friendly variety of cut-out props, including trees, clouds, a dog, and cat, can be interchangeably set up in the exhibit.
