It's another successful completion of an exhibit for us! This time, we partnered with Edwards Garment-the leader in uniform apparel-for the PPAI Expo 2024 at the Mandalay Convention Center in Las Vegas. More than 10,000 distributors from the promotional products industry gathered this past January 18th, and our client's island exhibit was every bit conspicuous. With accessibility all around, attendees were able to step onto beautiful Greywood 20' x 30' vinyl flooring while they checked out the uniforms. Halo Lit Logo Letters highlighted the brand, and a circular Backlit Hanging Sign crowned the booth's center. To preview their clothing, SEG Lightboxes showed off Edwards' latest fashions throughout the space. For scheduled and last-minute meetings, we built a conference room complete with blue frost doors and windows for privacy with visibility.Want to see more of our exhibits? Exhibitor Media Group, the award-winning monthly magazine featuring best practices in trade show marketing, and Find It – Marketplace, recently announced 2020 Exhibits as one of its 2019 Find It – Top 40, which honors the industry’s top exhibit producers.
More than 100 exhibit houses with offices in the United States and/or Canada applied and were subjected to an exhaustive evaluation process including more than 50 individual criteria, all weighted to reflect how EXHIBITOR readers and Editorial Advisory Board members value them when vetting and selecting potential partners.
The myriad criteria considered were categorized into five primary areas:
Company and Capabilities
Honors and Awards
Thought Leadership and Industry Participation
Service and Reliability
Creativity and Key Differentiators
The evaluation process also included a survey of current clients and a review of entrants’ past projects, selling points, and innovations, conducted by corporate exhibit managers.
“It is an honor to earn recognition as one of the industry’s leading exhibit producers,” said Bob Babine, president of 2020 Exhibits. “We stand in good company. And with nine offices nationwide and worldwide reach, our award-winning and passionate team brings the most powerful creative and brand building experiences to the marketplace on behalf of our rich roster of leading brands and businesses.”
“This program is intended to spotlight the best exhibit producers in the industry, while also providing a valuable resource for exhibit managers searching for new potential partners,” said Randy Acker, president and chief operating officer of Exhibitor Media Group. “The second-annual Find It – Top 40 represents the most exclusive list of U.S. and Canadian exhibit providers in the industry and serves as the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval when it comes to the companies behind many of the most successful trade show stands in the world.”
“The competition for a spot on 2019 Find It – Top 40 list was extremely competitive. After evaluating dozens of criteria and totaling the scores, less than one one-hundredth of a point separated 40th from 41st place — and nine companies were within a single point of making the cut,” said Travis Stanton, editor of EXHIBITOR magazine. “That’s a testament to not only how well this industry is served, but also the significance of this accomplishment for the 40 companies who qualified.”
When our teams brainstorm how to generate the biggest buzz on the trade show floor, activations are an excellent choice. That said, the activation’s gotta bring sizzle, not fizzle. It needs to capture the crowd’s interest, draw them in, and make them stay awhile. Only then will it have a great shot at helping you win over potential customers.
So! You want your brand to stand out, right? Then it’s essential to offer a standout experience.
Activations connect with people on different levels. Intellectually, yes, but perhaps even more importantly, great experiences engage the senses. The likely takeaway is that visitors to your booth come away with a memorable interaction.
How to decide on the best exhibit space size for your event.
Exhibiting at a trade show or conference can be an excellent opportunity to take care of business on several different levels:
Showcase products or services
Network with industry peers
Deepen relationships with existing clients
Attract new customers
Given this, how do you make the most of your presence on a trade show floor?
First, know that one of the most important decisions you make when planning your exhibit is selecting the right space size. A booth that's too small can be cramped and limit your ability to display your offerings. On the other hand, a booth that's too large can be costly and difficult to manage. In this blog post, we'll share some tips on how to assess and land on the best exhibit size for your business. .
