The NFL Draft is a celebration for fans. It is more than just a time where teams pick their future players (although that is a huge deal!), the NFL Draft Experience brings fans from across the country for immersive and engaging fan experiences. And for the first time, the NFL Draft is in Texas.
With more than 250,000 fans expected to attend NFL Draft Experience, spilling through the entrances/security checkpoints located all around AT&T Stadium. And on the grounds, fans were able to unlock their NFL passion while experiencing the Draft with Courtyard Hotels Experience, during the Rick Eisen Show live radio broadcast. Home to both the broadcast and NFL talent appearances, this exceptional experience set the stage to engage fans.
Weeks in advance, behind the scenes, Team 2020 Exhibits met the many hurdles that are often found in an outdoor activation experience. With a clearly defined footprint for the Courtyard Hotels fan experience, this custom structure, construction, and detailing drawings met strict the strict approvals on the engineering team. Big, bold branding served as a clarion call for fans to step inside, enjoy the show, and the Courtyard brand. And although there were blustering temperatures and sideways rain, these were no deterrent as Team 2020 Exhibits muscled through on the grounds AT&T Stadium in Dallas and championed the delivery of this project.
With your best ten-gallon hat, Texas garb, and favorite team jersey, say hello to this exceptional NFL Draft experience!
