Hosted by Exhibit City News, the event was held at Moss’s headquarters, where some of the best in the industry were gathered. The Experiential Design Authority is an international organization that recognizes outstanding work in exhibits, events, expos, and immersive experiences. The ExSys Awards, in particular, honor adaptability, innovation, execution, and excellence in system-based design.

BEST LARGE RENTAL EXHIBIT, SILVER: LyondellBasell – NPE 2024
At NPE 2024, one of the plastics industry’s most significant global events, LyondellBasell partnered with 2020 Exhibits to create a showstopping rental exhibit that delivered design and functionality. The booth combined strategy and creative storytelling, effectively highlighting LYB’s innovation in plastics and impact in various industries worldwide. Through precise branding and creativity in modular design, the double deck demonstrated how rental exhibits can achieve brand awareness and impactful engagement.
BEST EXPERIENTIAL DESIGN, SILVER: AgVenture Park – HLSR 2025
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is an iconic Houston tradition. In 2025, we brought AgVenture Park to life with an engaging, immersive experience for families and visitors of all ages. Designed as an educational journey into agriculture, the exhibit featured interactive stations, themed green screen photo ops, and sensory-rich environments that sparked curiosity and learning. This win highlights 2020 Exhibits’ strength in creating experiences that capture, inform, and entertain.
BEST OVERHEAD ELEMENT, SILVER: Houston First Corporation – PCMA Convening Leaders 2025
For PCMA Convening Leaders 2025, 2020 Exhibits collaborated with Houston First Corporation to deliver a visually stunning overhead installation that captivated attendees. This dynamic element wasn’t just eye-catching — it was an architectural centerpiece, designed to reflect the city’s energy, culture, and hospitality. With motion, lighting, and layered materials, the overhead feature became an Instagram-worthy moment and a major draw within the event space.
BEST INTERNATIONAL DESIGN, BRONZE: Optimizely – DMEXCO 2024
2020 Exhibits also earned recognition for its international design excellence at DMEXCO 2024 in Cologne, Germany. The Optimizely exhibit was a sleek, modern environment tailored for digital marketers and tech leaders. Blending sharp aesthetics with state-of-the-art functionality, the space supported product demos, networking, and thought leadership.
