2020 Exhibits is pleased to announce two remarkable projects earned top honors, winning Crystal Awards, at the 2016 American Marketing Association Crystal Awards Gala.
2020 Exhibits earned a Crystal Award in the Fixed Installation category for the engaging and innovative Daikin Comfort Solutions Center. New space can offer the best of all worlds. It’s a fresh canvas to design around. It offers wide open spaces on which to build and create. The challenge becomes a bit more daunting when faced with a multitude of products, makes, and models that span across a family of brands. This smartly-planned design includes product-specific vignettes that sharply focus on ensuring that clients gain an immediate understanding of the innovative and energy intelligent solutions, in the right context. The materials and lighting strategies carry throughout the 3,000 square foot environment and space. The Comfort Solution Center’s communication and messaging subtly yet powerfully tells not only the brand and product stories but strategically showcases each one with precise messaging and wayfinding.
In the Promotional Products, Packaging and Point of Purchase Display Category, 2020 Exhibits earned a Crystal Award for their unique and fully customized product display for U.S. Steel. As the largest steel company in the nation, U.S. Steel’s primary product lines are sheet, tin, and tubular steel. Bearing in mind the common view of steel as a commoditized product, U.S. Steel wanted to display its tubular product in a way that stood out from competitors. The 2020 Exhibits design team took an ambitious approach to the project. Great lengths were taken to achieve this end. Precise engineering and careful planning were required to balance the piece both physically and aesthetically to marry the steel samples with the artful display.
