Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brands.
- Plan and maintain content calendars and posting schedules across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Conceptualize, create, and edit original, engaging content (graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, report insights, and recommend adjustments.
- Stay current with trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Manage community engagement, responding to followers and fostering connections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven social media management experience (agency or multi-brand experience preferred).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a sharp eye for design.
- Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
