Salary: Commensurate with experience

Location: Onsite
Responsibilities/Duties:
- New business development.
- Work with the team to develop and implement sales and marketing programs designed to expand the client base.
- Research and evaluate new opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
- Develop and implement marketing strategy and execution of plans for existing products.
- Work with the management team to implement new product marketing paths and campaigns.
- Analyze the effectiveness of all selling and marking efforts and take actions to continually improve results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably business/marketing/communications or equivalent industry experience preferred. Emphasis in new business development.
- Proven track record of success with cold calling, networking, and relationship development.
- Multifamily and /or Corporate sign packages preferred.
- Experience developing targeted solicitation plans to secure key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Results oriented individual with proven sales success.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing short and long term vision and strategy to achieve targeted sales objectives in a fast paces environment.
- Ability to read architectural blue prints.
- Basic Knowledge of fabrication materials and uses.
- Computer proficiency –strong excel skills and the ability to use outlook and word.
- Minimal travel required. Up to 20%.
- Valid Driver’s License.
