  • New business development
  • Work with internal teams to develop and implement sales and marketing programs designed to expand the current client base
  • Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy and execution of plans for existing products
  • Work with the management team to implement new product marketing paths and campaigns
  • Analyze the effectiveness of all selling and marketing efforts and take actions to improve results continually


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably business/marketing/communications emphasis or equivalent industry experience
  • Prior sales experience in an agency or exhibit environment with a focus on new business development. Three+ years consultative account management experience, preferably in custom product/marketing solutions, events, trade shows, or the advertising industry
  • Focus on new business development
  • Proven track record of success with cold calling, networking, and relationship development
  • Trade show/convention industry experience is a plus
  • Experience developing targeted solicitation plans to secure key accounts
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented individual with proven sales success
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing a short and long-term vision and strategy to achieve targeted sales objectives in a fast-paced environment
  • Moderate travel required – up to 35%
  • Good written, verbal communication, and collaborative skills
  • Computer literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word
  • Strong organizational skills
