OTC - Offshore Technology Conference

As the world’s largest offshore oil services tradeshow, the 2008 Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) attracted more 73,000 energy professionals from 110 countries. Boasting more than one-half million square feet of exhibition area, with 2,500 companies from more than 35 countries in an area the size of 13 football fields, OTC.08 was the largest on record.
THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
With the average exhibit designed, built and delivered by 2020 Exhibits totaling over 800 square feet, exhibiting across three show halls, our comprehensive fabrication, production and design facility was in full swing, designing and constructing 60 dynamic custom rental exhibits, including ten (10) two story custom exhibits for clients from North America, Asia, Africa and Europe. On the show floor, the 2020 Exhibits team was 145 strong throughout, including I & D and account management working over 10 days to consult, manage, construct and install on behalf of our clients. All told, over 1000 custom graphics were designed and printed in house, utilizing our large scale printers. Offering a full range of pre-, during and post-show services including the design and implementation of measurement tools, general show services, freight and global logistics planning and execution, large oil & gas equipment consultation and rigging, coupled with catering, private event planning and management as well as concierge services such as food and beverage 2020 Exhibits put over 20 years of proven, successful experience to work. |

Yokogawa - Vigilance Realized

THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
In recognition of their 90th anniversary, Yokogawa set a bold new standard and broke with their “reserved” tradition, pulling out all the stops when hosting more than 7,000 visitors for an extraordinary two day event, held in Tokyo. Capping the event was their President and CEO, who announced their broad strategic vision and new automation strategy, called Vigilance. Six months following this ground breaking event, Yokogawa challenged 2020 Exhibits to continue the momentum found in the Tokyo event with two dynamic large-scale programs that would be equally spectacular, but more streamlined.
THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
Working in concert with one of Yokogawa’s lead Japanese designers, 2020 Exhibits strategically mapped a plan to design, built and produce a breath-taking two day Technology Innovations Fair and User Conference. From the 100’ curved entry wall with 3-D custom lettering branding the event VIGILANCE welcoming each visitor to the event, coupled with over 30 custom partner kiosks, each with custom graphics and individual plasmas and monitors, to a show-stopping fog machine – creativity prevailed, with no detail left undone. |

BMC UserWorld - Remarkable

THE CHALLENGE
As the leading global provider of technologies that help customers better manage their IT environments, BMC Software needed a strong ally to help them manage and produce the Solutions Showcase, one very key segment for BMC UserWorld, the largest customer and partner event in BMC's history.
THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
Serving as the single point of contact, 2020 Exhibits worked one-on-one with over 50 Solutions Showcase Partners to customize and manage their Solutions Showcase presence and participation. From custom designed registration kiosks and demo kiosks, to a variety of booth sizes and designs, including customized graphics for each, 2020 Exhibits delivered pre-show communications and registration, exhibit design and production, graphic design and production as well as on-site management and execution. |

Brown Hand Center-The Gold Standard

THE CHALLENGE
In the highly competitive world of physician recruitment, capturing the attention of a limited number of highly qualified, quality candidates can be a significant challenge. Brown Hand Center wanted to make a splash at an industry event and find the right Hand Surgeons to become a part of their robust nationwide expansion plans. Initially charged with creating a full scale marketing program and an exhibit that would make a powerful statement, the landscape changed soon thereafter and 2020 Exhibits has to shift gears to not only deliver this extraordinary 20’ x 20’ exhibit property but to also strategize and fully design, manage and execute a private, dynamic 3-day recruitment expo aptly titled “The Main Event”.
THE 2020 EXHIBITS SOLUTION
Capturing the spirit and mission of the Brown Hand Center brand was key to the project’s success. Equally important was the design and delivery of an exhibit that would make the intangible qualities of this remarkable brand tangible, while reinforcing this high tech, state-of-the-art medical practice opportunity.
The resulting 20’ x 20’ custom exhibit featured textured marbles, soft, neutral leathers with plasmas featured throughout. Marketing strategy aimed at increasing recognition and driving traffic included a direct mail campaign, a recruitment guide, a series of invitations as well ads in industry and luxury publications such as Robb Report. Recruitment goals were exceeded by 200 percent and Brown Hand Center’s expansion moving full steam ahead. |
